Families First Therapy LLC

Families First Therapy will be closing as a business in January of 2022. I am very thankful for the opportunity to serve New Mexico over the past nine years. Clients will be notified and clinical services will gradually phase out over the next six months.

• Self-pay and Sliding-scale clients have been notified and offered referrals or the option to continue services with liberated counseling LLC
• True Health NM Clients will be notified after Liberated Counseling is credentialed with this insurance company
• BCBS, Presbyterian, and Western Skies commercial clients will be notified after liberated counseling is credentialed with these respective insurance companies.
• Medicaid clients will be notified after Liberated Counseling is credentialed with Medicaid and the MCOs.

I have opened a new business that will provide telehealth to New Mexico, Oregon, and Florida and some limited in person services. For more information about this business please visit www.liberatedcounseling.com.

All current clients will be offered continued services with Liberated Counseling LLC and alternative referrals.

Records Custodian: In case of my death, my client records will be managed by an appointed clinician.
